If you know the level of police (city, county, state, federal), you can go to that particular site to compliment or complain about a particular incident and/or policeman. Also include the location, ie: NYC Police Dept, Maryland State Police, Pawnee County Sheriff's Office, etc, in the www address.Where is there a site that i can rant and rave about a cop?
Your local editorial page if you are telling the truth...Not as you see it, but the actual truth, but I suggest that you file a complaint with his supervisor first
