Buying from Zales: rants/raves?

Doing some diamond wedding band shopping. Usually check with the private stores and jewlery exchanges, but found some really good deals at Zales. Hesitant to buy from a ';mall store.'; Rants/raves please - WDYT? Experiences with Zales? Thanks!Buying from Zales: rants/raves?

My friend's fiance got her engagement ring from there and looked nice...
No problems at all. Quality is great, as is comparable pricing.
i just got my engagement ring and my girlfriend got it from zales..although i don't know what she spent on it i do know it's absolutely beautiful!! the quality is better than any of my friends i compare it too!!
I used to work at Zales... they have one of the best Diamond warranties around. It may take a few weeks to a month to replace a diamond, but if it falls out and you miss a cleaning (up to 2.5 years of cleaning/inspection) they will still replace it. You can also purchase a lifetime warranty for sizing etc. Most places will cancel this warranty also if you miss a cleaning, even by a day! Any place is going to have good diamonds and crappy diamonds, good settings and crappy settings, so shop around, and pay attention to the warranties if you plan on having your ring forever. I obviously got mine from there, and I love it!
Do not buy from Zales or any mall stores. They say only really crappy low quality diamonds. Their deals are not so good. Try to go to a diamond district area, or something similar.





Zales is the worst place imaginable. Any place that does not need to give you gia certification is crap.

hmm, I dont know about Zales. My HTB got my ring @ JB Robinson its 1.75 Carets and cost like 4,200...it was on sale lol

I have perused the Zales website, I wasn't impressed with he quality or the prices that they had advertised.





my wedding, engagement ring, and my husbands wedding ring all came from bluenile.





They are just spectacular. The quality and pricing is far beyond what Zales offers. I know some people are weirded out buying online, but at least check them out.
