Why do a lot of Democratic senators and congressman feel the need to rant and rave during a speech?

Maybe its just me honestly maybe it is!! But ive seen pure hissy fits thrown by the likes of Teddy, Harry, Nancy and Johnny on the spot Murtha. Especially when they dont get their way. Whats up with that?Why do a lot of Democratic senators and congressman feel the need to rant and rave during a speech?
Hmm, I see all sorts of protests, ';Everyone does it'; but no one is giving examples. Hmmm. You forgot Shrillery, Jesse ';where does he pastor?'; Jackson, Al ';where does he pastor'; Sharpton, and most of all, finger-wagging Billyboy Clinton.Why do a lot of Democratic senators and congressman feel the need to rant and rave during a speech?
You honestly think this is exclusive to the Democratic party? Who is living in the dream world right now???????





I have seen that kind of ';grandstanding'; on all sides of the political fence. It is done to draw attention to their side of the debate. It is a strategy that is used, and I think politicians use it rather effectively.

Repunlicans are hard of hearing.......Murtha is a hero...........I doubt you could do what he did...........
The repubs. do it too.... it is just human nature to throw a hissy fit when you aren't getting your way.
